My favorite High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout combines jump roping, push-ups, and sit-ups.
1 minute jump roping
10 push-ups (One set)
10 sit- ups
I will jump rope for one minute, drop down do 10 push-ups, then immediately do 10 sit-up variation. Immediately following the sit-ups, start jump roping. You now will be on your second set.
I usually do 15-20 sets 4-5 times a week. This workout has brought me to the next level of fitness. I hope you enjoy doing this workout as much as I do.
