Wow my body is absolutely exhausted!!!! Today is now going to be a complete off day, no cardio, no abs, no working out at all. I had planned to work out, but it’s extremely important to listen to your body and be able to realize when you body needs a rest.
Overtraining is hard to do when you get the proper nutrition and enough rest. Alot of people actually undertrain and don’t get the proper nutrition and adequate rest and actually end up over training. Remember bodybuilding or what I like to call it “body sculpting” has many more elements than lifting alone.
